BRUCE J. BERGER
Bruce J. Berger serves as the Supreme Prelate for the Loyal Order of Moose. He was
elected to this office in July, 2018 at the 130th International Convention in New Orleans,
Louisiana, after having served on the Supreme Council since 2012. Prior to serving on the
Supreme Council, Bruce served as Jr. Past International President in 2011-2012 and as
International President in 2010-2011. He served on the International Moose Legion Council
beginning in 2004.
Bruce joined the Moose in 1982 as a member of Quakertown, PA Lodge 1622, and later
transferred to Sellersville, PA Lodge 1539. He has served this Lodge three terms as Governor.
Bruce also holds membership in Mooseheart, IL Lodge 2655; Chicora, PA Lodge 962 and Port
Allegany, PA Lodge 460.
Bruce elevated to North Penn Moose Legion 124, later changing to William Penn Moose Legion
3. He also holds membership in Mecca Moose Legion 9 and Western Pennsylvania Moose Legion 1. He
has held all chairs in the Moose Legion unit, including Secretary from 1990-1995 and North Moose 1989-
1990. He has earned the Moose Legion Medal of Honor.
Bruce served the Pennsylvania Moose Association as its President from 2004-2005. He has
previously served as District 2 President and District Secretary. Bruce also served as Deputy Supreme
Governor for the year 1996-1997. He served on the International Community Service Committee from
A member of the 125 Division of the Moose 25 Club, Bruce received the Fellowship Degree of
Honor in 1988 and the Pilgrim Degree of Merit in 1998.
Bruce is employed by Secant Medical. Aside from his Moose duties, Bruce enjoys golf and
follows car racing. Bruce and his wife Donna reside in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. They have one
daughter, Amanda and two granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth and Violet Marie.
