Notice to all members who have used your credit card at the lodge in the past months.
There have been several members who have notified us of multiple charges to their credit cards on Friday and Saturday.
We reached out to our vendor and after investigating they have determined that our Auto batching process had not been working and our credit card module was offline. It came back online Thursday night or Friday morning. Once back online it processed all credit card transactions that were previously on hold.
We are taking measures to make sure that this does not happen in the future and we apologize for any trouble it may have caused. If anyone would like to have the original receipts printed again for verification please notify Kim or myself and we will reprint them for you.
