Moose International Proposal for General Law changes

This year Moose International has 4 seperate proposed changes that affect the lodge and members. Our delegates will be voting on these proposals at the international convencion at the end of this month. We will bring these proposals up at our lodge meetings this month to determine how the membership wants to vote.
